Georgia, as it is called in the Georgian language "Sakartvelo", is located at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, besides it is considered a part of the Caucasus region. It is bordered by the Black Sea to the west, Russia to the north and east, Turkey and Armenia to the south, and Azerbaijan to the southeast. There are 26060 rivers and over 40 protected areas on this small land. And that is why a massive part of the country is occupied by untouched nature.
Tbilisi is the national capital and largest city in Georgia, which means warm land, and is home to nearly a quarter of the population.
The best time to visit Georgia is summer, from May to September, when it is characterized by mild cold weather during the day and rain at night. But if you love snow, then winter is preferred from November to February.
