Member Registration

If you choose to become a registered member of the Website, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including but not limited to:

  • To complete the travel and stay reservations

Member Profile

As a member, you can choose to complete your online profile by providing us with travel preferences, frequent – traveler or affinity numbers, credit card billing information, paper ticket delivery address, and other Personal Information. This information is primarily used to assist you in making reservations quickly without having to type in the same information repeatedly. For example, you can store your airline frequent-flyer numbers so that when you make a reservation on that airline, we may automatically pre-fill the frequent-flyer number input box for you.

Surveys

EVANI Travel Company values opinions and comments from members, so we frequently conduct surveys, both online and offline. Participation in these surveys is entirely optional. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to the website, mobile site, and mobile app and its services and to develop appealing content, features, and promotions for members. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

Promotions & Sweepstakes

EVANI Travel Company frequently sponsors promotions and sweepstakes to allow members to win great travel and travel-related prizes. However, we do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties except for sharing of such information with our alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time basis their booking history with us.

We may also share certain filtered Personal Information with our business partners who may contact the customers to offer certain products or services (which may include free or paid products/services) which will enable the customer to have a better travel experience or to avail certain benefits specially made for EVANI Travel Company Customers. Examples of such partners are entities offering co-branded credit cards, travel insurance, insurance cover against loss of wallet, banking cards or similar sensitive information, etc.

We use non – personally identifiable information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of our customers and visitors, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the website, mobile site, and mobile app. We may provide anonymous statistical information based on this data to suppliers, advertisers, affiliates, and other current and potential Business partners. What should you know about the Cancellation Policy?

The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your tour before booking.

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.

In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

For refunds processed by credit card or PayPal, there will be a 6% transaction fee that will be deducted from the overall refund amount. The refund amount can also be credited directly to your account for future bookings without any transaction fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 2 Days before the Arrival date, 100% of the total down payment amount can be refunded.
  • 1 Day before the Arrival date,  50% of the total down payment amount can be refunded.
  • Less than  24 hours before the Arrival date, the total down payment amount  Can’t be refunded.

How to Cancel a Reservation?

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voicemail. Verbal speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Please make sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number.

What other information should I know about my privacy?

The website, mobile site, and mobile app contain links to other websites.
