For cancellations received more than 96 hours before arrival, no standard cancellation charge generally applies, although previously disclosed and accepted non-recoverable supplier costs may be deductible where legally permitted. Cancellations received between 96 and 24 hours before arrival, inclusive, may incur charges of up to 50% of the confirmed package cost. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before arrival may incur charges of up to 70%. After arrival, charges may reach up to 100%, depending on services provided and applicable commitments. These percentages are maximum standard rates, not automatic penalties. Actual charges depend on the confirmed booking conditions, reasonable and demonstrable costs, and mandatory consumer rights.
Refund requests are reviewed without undue delay. Where no mandatory legal refund deadline applies, EVANI Travel aims to complete the refund process within 14 business days after confirming your entitlement and the refundable amount. Processing times may also depend on the payment provider or bank. Any shorter or otherwise mandatory statutory deadline will take precedence.
A visa refusal or denial of entry into Georgia does not automatically entitle a traveler to a full refund of separately booked travel services.
