Does Georgia need a visa?

As of right now, visitors from the United States, Canada, and most European countries do not need a visa to enter Georgia. There are some exceptions though so it’s always best to check with your local Georgian consulate or embassy before you travel. For US citizens, getting a Georgian visa is pretty simple and straightforward. You only need a passport valid for at least six months from the date of your intended arrival in Georgia.
